Some Protraits don't show up in the game.....

Hi i reinstalled my NBA LIVE 08 game a few days ago and I saved all my sgsm files and stuff(including saves and act..) in a folder and then once my game came back on, I put the saves and my sgsm stuff back to its places... I go to my game and Kevin Durant's Protrait doesn't appear in the game and Michael Beasley and Cheik Samb and other new players.
I exited and went to Windows and i checked the sgm folder and their protraits(.big files) where right there. So my problem is why doesn't some of the protraits don't appear in the game. My Roster is based on Alby's version 5 roster.
