DB Commander Help

Ok i opened my players dbf on one side, and albys new roster on the other side.
i have his last roster patch so every thing looks the same till you scoll down to the bottom..
i originaly made alot of the 2008 drafties trew db commander on my own
and created player in game.. now that albys rosters 6 came out i only need a couple of players from his new roster..
So the main question is Did i do the transfers correctly.
i highlighted who i dont have from his players.dbf and transferd that selected file of to my players dbf. the i did the same with apperence.dbf.
did i do this correctly

my english sucks xD i just understand that u created a players.dbf and what do you mean with transfer????

ok albys new roster has new rookies
but before he came out with new rosters
i made a little bit of new rookies already.
so i took the ones that i didnt have from his rosters and add it to mine
using the db commander
