HELP! No FT portraits for custom player in Dynasty

I was able to put myself in the Dynasty draft. I have followed the thread of the NBAdraft and I have created my player's CF, portrait and ebo.
It's actually working fine but for the Free Throw portrait display.

Anyone please help me on how to add my portrait in the FT sequence.
