Please Help!!

Guys, I have a big big problem with my nba live 08 in my pc
First of all, I reformatted my pc because I switch to Windows Vista.,
I back up all my games in external hard drive, when I finish reformatting, when I copy my games in my hard drive and try playing it, all games went fine except for NBA LIVE 08,, My games are (Assassins Creed, Rainbow Six Vegas 2, Need For Speed Pro Street, Call Of Duty 4 and Crysis) like I said all of that games went fine except for my NBA LIVE 08., When I play NBA 08 its lagging, even when I set my graphics to low, still it lag, the big question comes with my mind is the requirements of the game. I have Assassins Creed and it has bigger requirements than NBA LIVE 08?
I updated all my drivers and DirectX10,.
MY PC SPECS:
INTEL CORE 2 DUO 3.4GHZ
TEAM ELITE DUAL CHANNEL 1X2 2GIG Of RAM
NVIDIA 8500GT 512MB....

PLEASE HELP ME FIX THIS PROBLEM

i believe it's bcuz you install some aiact patches right?
i've ever format my pc bcuz my Live 08 keep lagging.
and i found out that's bcuz the aiact patch..

First of all bro this is not the right place to put this problem of your but anyways in my opinion NBALIVE is much better played in xp than in vista ive tried it once but i switched back to xp again because of the many incompatibilities of vista..so i suggest you go back to xp again to make your nbalive 2008 more fun and less lagging..
