headshapes?

Ok I'm new here and I have a question? Ok i saw these headshapes by samutei(i think thats how you spell it) and i downloaded them, but after that i was stuck, so could somebody tell me what to do with them, thanks.
And if i posted this in the wrong section just tell me, but I'm positive this is the right section.

Put them in the sgsm directory.

ok what do i do next, do i find them in my rosters or do i hhave to do something else?

That's it. The players will now have updated headshapes.

ok but when i placed the headshapes in that folder and then loaded the game the players werent there or do i have to have the players first, cause i dont

Yes, you have to have the players first.
