How to put color in my created jersey

How to put color in my created jersey?
Because I notice that i need to have the layer for that. What is that layer?. I've download conr4d template but the layer that I'm talking about is not available the only layer that is available are mesh and the other jersey template.

If there is a base color layer you can use it or else you have to create your own layer. The color layers should be below the texture and mesh layers.

Use blending options on the texture layer(right click on the layer). Choose the color one and select your color and layer blend there.
