The batch file in this one includes all the previous jerseys. Copy both CDBflite and JC Jerseys in your roster (and, if you want, in your dynasty) and run JC Jerseys. Thats it.

The Wizards jersey comes later, I have some problems importing it into the game. I'm working on this one

You have the tutorial here, and if you want that there are no numbers in front, you can just put 0 for the number size and just ask if you have more questions

For the 1x jerseys, you can just copy them from the original DVD.

you just watch wich offset number and letter it is on the picture, then you try to find it in your file, hope it helps
