Update Playoffs

Hi guys, it's possible edit default playoff? I wanna real playoff 2008 :D

Traditionally it's been possible by editing the SEED attribute in teams.dbf but it no longer seems to take effect in-game, even when you overwrite the teams.dbf file in all the database folders.
