Cannot Create Custom Team

I have tried, unsucessfully, using the tutorial here (http://www.nba-live.com/dbf/custom_team.php) to create a custom team in nba live 08.
As far as i can see i have folloew the tutorial properly and created my custom team in the final row of the TEAM db file. Here is the file so you can see:

Now i also put 8 guys on my team as per the instructions (gave them the same id numbers as my team).
I open nba live, and when i go to play now, i dont see the team!
It says i have to "load up the rosters"... but how do i load the roster file??? There isnt anything to load...
Somebody, pls help me. I am doing this as part of an important project, where i need to simulate something using particular player characteristic in nba live... i need this very very soon, it is urgent!

You need to work with a saved roster so that once you make the changes to the dbf files, you can go to the Load/Save menu and re-load the rosters you were working on.

So, save a roster, make the changes to the dbf files, THEN load the roster? I willtry it see if that works.

No man... it's not working. I had an old roster file so i deleted it. Then i right away created a new roster file.
Then i closed nba live, i checked the DB file in nba08/database/origdb/teams.dbf and the entry to my team is there : island mauby's team number 51, on the last entry of the game... I close db manager and open live, i load the roster file i had saved and nothing man... i checked play now and i cant find the team anywhere!
Gosh, what am i doing wrong? Did you check the DB file i uploaded to see if something is wrong there???

Don't edit anything in the origdb folder. Save a roster, modify the files in that save folder, then reload it in-game once you're done.
