It has already been made by Looser - LINK. It's included in Albys' roster patch, by the way.

Then how come I have it back when I just installed Live and the first patch - Albys' rosters?
Maybe it's that the jersey is not registered in the "teamgear.dbf" of the rosters that you are currently using. Go check the "sgsm" or something to see if the jersey exist.
By the way, Albys' latest roster has no artwork (which means jerseys and stuff). You need to download one of the earlier versions for the artwork.

the file size of albys patch is not that big i believe it was just a 200+mb of a file..
