Live 08 Playbook Problems

Hi all,

Have recently gotten live 08 and am struggling big time to get any kind of plays triggering from the offensive playbook.

I have the JES Soft basketball playbook and downloaded the play types but when my PG is in position and i trigger a play nothing happens .. and when I say nothing i mean my team mates stand around like Eddy Curry on D.

Any help would be appreciated.
