I heard that in some nba live games after a season is over you get emails from oher teams onwners to take over that team. IS this true and can you name all the nba live games that as this feature? and alo nba live gmae sthat have pre season games in it?

None of the Live games that I can remember have preseason games that you can play. As far as I can remember, most of the Live's with a dynasty mode will have the feature that allows you to switch a team once you get an offer from another owner. I can't name the games specifically, but most of the recent ones should have it. It's only happened to me a couple times.

As far as I can recall, every game from NBA Live 2004 onwards features offers to take control of another team. If you have a GM rating of 100 indicating that your virtual owner is completely satisfied with the way you run in the club in terms of the team's success, training, scouting and so on, you're pretty much guaranteed to get an offer in the upcoming offseason.
