when i create a player, the preview shows no head and the player i create has no head and instead has a pink head and neck...

just quit the game and restart Live 08

yea ive done so many many times and reinstalled the game...but the same thing happens...is it a problem with a file or something?

then, maybe it's a problem with your videocard..may i ask what videocard you're using?..

Maybe it really has something to do with the video card cuz as you can see in your background it really looks blurry and has less details than in our nbalive ..

Assuming your video card is supported by the game, you could always try downloading and installing the latest drivers.
