draw charge automatically

My players always draw charge automatically and is often called for a blocking foul.
I just wanted them to play good defense
can anyone pls help me.. tnks

Your best bet is probably to reduce the Charging/Blocking Foul slider so that fewer blocking and charging fouls are called.
