SHINY ROOKIES IN DYNASTY MODE, WHERE CAN I....

I REALLY HATE EA SPORTS FOR THIS, THERE ARE OVER 50 ROOKIES IN MY DYNASTY THAT LOOKS LIKE THIS WITH NO ALPHA LAYER.
I was first wondering is there a patch that'll give all of their cyberface alpha layers or where can I find these faces so I can give them PDub's sweat cyberface anyway!!

The geniuses at EA didn't give many of the rookies alpha files, which results in the shiny heads. If you have 07, you can extract all the plyrxxx.fsh files from the plyrface.viv file in the sgsm\players directory into 08's sgsm and it will fix the problem. If you don't, you can download the cyberface sweat pack for 07 and extract them from it.

I know, thats what I was saying, I just didnt know where to find their files were but thanks for telling me
If anybody else is having this problem for you to know which file to give an alpha layer, you must go and read this in the player.dbf
