what is the point of team practice, team events and press event?

it will actually affect your team chemistry and your players' satisfaction regarding the team.
and another thing, the more practice you have, the more is the chance of your players getting injured..during practice ofcourse.

You should get a message at the beggining of the year to be able to configure the schedule, and base it repeatidly for your desired amount of weeks (between 1 and 16). You may have to look under settings if you don't get this message and your assistant does it automatically. So if you don't get that, check your settings.
