When you have your option for injuries set for yes in allowing injuries, why is it important to have a trainer with a high grade?

Because trainer with higher grade can help your injured player recover quicker.

Conversely, if you disable injuries in the Dynasty settings your trainer never comes into play so it doesn't matter how he's rated.
