Editing CPU Created Rookie

I have a drafted rookie from 2008-2009 season. I wanted to change his face appearance to something like mike bibby so i edited my save file and changed the PLAYERPKG from plyr004 to MIBIBBY. When i go ingame the face apperance is still the same and not mike bibby. Any idea why?

You also have to edit the player.dbf
Search for your players line and then search in his row for ISCREATED There you change the FALSE into TRUE
And near the column (a bit to the right) should be PLAYPKG Change it into MIBIBBY

Ok did tried your suggestion by changing also the ISCREATED to TRUE, but still the face didnt change. Somehow editing dynasty save is a bit different than the season save. I tried increasing the fatigue stats for this cpu created rookie but it still doesnt show the edited value ingame.

I found out that this cpu generated rookie has 2 entries(or probably any player that develop), meaning two same name but with different PLAYERID. The first one i think is the default data for the rookie which is not in season or playoff (FALSE), then the other playerid is for the player ingame in season/playoff (TRUE). Maybe because of player developement, thats why theres two entries in the PLAYER.dbf.
Anyway, my rookie has the mibibby face now by editing the player in season/playoff.

Correct, the second entry is for the player development screens in between seasons.
