You have to upload you photos to the internet.
www.imageshack.com and www.photobucket.com are common free image hosts.
Upload your image in JPG format and when it is done uploading it should give you several links to the image. You can take the one called direct link and add the "[img]" tag to the beginning and the "[/img]" tag to the end.
So it would look like this-
[img]http://www.imageshack.com/linktomyimage.jpg[/img]
