I just installed NBA LIVE 08 and in the play online mode their is no EA Sports Online. Just JOIN DIRECT IP and HOST DIRECT IP.

Is there something i need to do to be able to play on easo.

You have to choose the option to install EASO when you're installing your official copy of the game.

can i just copy the easo folder from the cd to the nba folder?

I don't know, honestly. I don't see why not, but I'm hardly an expert, and I haven't played PC NBA Live for a couple of years now.

edit: I actually never even purchased Live 08 on PC, perhaps it doesn't even have EASO? I'm not sure, honestly.

The question that was just answered. You can play over direct IP connection, but not EASO, correct.

I am EASO for madden and i see some people saying that EASO works for them for NBA Live. Does the NBA_Live_08-HATRED installer not have EASO support?

Please note that discussing illegal copies of the game is against the rules. That will be your only warning.

As Jao said EASO is not supported by NBA Live 08 PC, period.

first of all i buy all my games..alot of people r havin this same problem..u want my easo account to c that my game is reg..but i just 4 some strange reason cant play online...in the other post u said that ''they didnt make easo 4 08 yet'' so dont go accuse ppl of stuff okay..thxs 4 the help though n have a good day

I didn't accuse you of not buying games, HooLYHooD. quade1337 referred to "NBA_Live_08-HATRED", a cracked version that is distributed through torrents (discussion of which is against the Forum rules). It was his post I was replying to, which came immediately after yours; I guess the fact I didn't quote his post directly suggested I was talking to you. Sorry for any confusion.

I just figured out the problem.
There is EASO for NBA LIVE 08. Its just that when you install NBA LIVE If you use the no cd crack the EASO button will be removed from the play online menu.

So you got to use ur cd to play.
