ive created a tattoo but when i opened it,it replaced the effect of 'arms sweat'....what fsh should i use?

You can still have arm sweat and a tattoo. They are too different files.

armxxbase fsh files are for arm sweat
xxxxxxx_arm_tat fsh files are for tattoos

how can i make a tattoo for my created player without having the sweat vanish?

By using an arm_tat.fsh file. The sweat has nothing to do with tattoos. The sweat is on the arm, the tattoo is overlayed on to the arm, the sweat is then an effect on that arm with lighting on. So, tattoos have nothing to do with armsweat. You are doing something wrong.
