hi guys, i am playing nba live 08 psp, i am only over 10.30m over the cap but some of the other teams are like 40.m over, why can't i sign any one? i am really desprete to trade some one big away so i can have more money to sign people because i only have 10 players, but no team will ever acept it because they have no cap space. help please

The cap situations that teams find themselves in the game reflects their real life counterparts. You can't sign just anyone when you've over the cap because that's the whole point of the salary cap. If you clear cap space (search this section for some tips on that) you'll find it's easier to make deals, otherwise you'll need to deal with the restrictions when making trades and stick to signing players for the minimum or Mid Level Exception.
