Updated player faces problems

can someone please explain to me why my updated players heads are chopped in half all cut up and no eyes in the game?? is anyone else having the same issues? am i personally doing something wrong?

Can you post a screenshot of the problem? Which face patches are you using?

Im not sure if this is the same problem but this is what happens to me

That looks as though you're missing a face patch that's required by the roster you're using.
