Using your assistant head coach

Now i have have an assistant head coach with an a+ development grade and an a- leadership grade, i was wondering how many weeks do you use your assistant head coach. Is it 4 weeks like it is with your assistant or what? Thanks in advance.

With those ratings, I'd opt for four weeks so you don't have to worry about it as often.
