substitution problem

Could anyone solve the NBA LIVE 08 substitution problem. CPU substitutes players only in time outs. Furthermore, it doesn't recognize the secondary position of the player.
Another bug is free throw defensive rebounds (very annoying too)

for the 1st problem try searching through nba live 08 patch releases & previews,but the second problem is unfixable
