whats the best way to get your team cemistry to go up? one moment my team cem is 3/4 of the way full then the next thing i know its 1/2 way full?

The most effective method is simply to win, while also trying to keep your players individually happy with playing time (as well as other things they may want). You'll run into a wall when it comes to market size since that's based on the team you pick and if certain players don't get along it's difficult to do anything beyond that besides trading one of them.
