im using RealisticRoster08v4
and i dont see the black and gold jersey

The NLSC roster includes the gold alternate, only the preview is incorrect (it shows the regular blue away jersey). You can use the teamgear.dbf file with any other roster, or alternative edit teamgear.dbf to unlock the Wizards' gold jersey as it's included, but locked, in the default file.

This is wrong.
RR4 have Washington gold jersey.

When you open the teamgear.dbf file, towards the bottom of the database you'll see four entries that have 0 as their UNLOCKED value. Change each of these values to 1 and you'll unlock the alternates for Charlotte, New Jersey, Utah and Washington.

and they got to be in 2x
