No writing comes up

no writing comes up for the menu and stuff some words come up like txt_menu_txt but none of the menu options come up and its same for every menu in the game dynasty menu, and so on please help. I did work on knowledge of where every thing was and i got up to play a game then iwent by knowledge and got the start game button then it crahsed somebody plzzzzzz help
