Because the simulation in the PC version of NBA Live doesn't include play-by-play (as with the 360/PS3 versions), it's harder to tell when the scenarios are going to come up. However, you will still sometimes be presented with a scenario pop-up when simulating games as long as you have that option enabled in the Dynasty settings. Similar to the 360 and PS3 versions, you'll be presented with a brief summary of the scenario (ie down five with 1:30 left) and given the option to intervene.

Scenarios only occur when you're up or down by a close margin late in the game or when a player is close to achieveing a certain statistical milestone, such as a triple double. If you put together a team that is generally winning or losing by large margins in simulation, you're less likely to see the scenarios.
