it looks like a sleeve or somethin, do i need a program? or am i missing a file so this wont happen

just go to your sgsm folder and delete the dwwadearmtat.fsh. this happened to me also so this should work.

Not if you want to correct the graphics. Open the dwwade__arm_tat.fsh file with FSHx and if it is 256x256 use double resolution and save it. If it is 512x512 use half resolution and save it.
