help needed with Fshx

Hi I'm having trouble to run Fshx, at first it was saying that file named dx8vb.dll could not be found but after I got it, it says: Run-Time '429'
Activex component can't create object. Please help me, oh, I'm using Vsita maybe thats the problem?

yea i have heard of alot people haveing that problem with vista and the FSHX tool... no fix

damn, is there any other program that can open .fsh files?
