PROBLEM ABOUT LIGHTING SETTING

hey guys...hope someone could help me on this problem...

i am using a laptop to play the game,it has an intel GMA950 video card.the problem is i cant turn my lighting ON. in the detail settings,we could choose how high our res is,and other details on the court like reflection,crowd anim,texture filter,etc.on the upper left is the lighting slider.unlike the other sliders,my lighting slider is shadowed(meaning not highlighted) like the other sliders.i cant switch my lighting ON or OFF.it is just turned OFF and i cant do anything.what is the problem?

please help me,just want to play the game perfectly and appreciate all the details that ive downloaded from patches.hope someone could help me solve this problem.one more thing,about the texture filter slider,what is the best setting to choose,is it the bilinear,trilinear or anistropic?

MAy its because of your Graphics card. If it doesnt support to turn lightuing on you will not be able to do it

is there a possibility that i could unlock that lighting setting and turn it ON?and about my question on the texture filter,what will give the best result in gaming details?thanks

From my knowledge it cant be done. But Some guys could get it to work by using someone else sttings file
