is it possible to create t-shirt jersey? if it is can anybody tell me how or give me a template for that kind of jersey?

No it is not possible to make a perfct t-shirt
But you can create some kind of I mean a t-shirt under the trikot

can you please tell me how?do i need to have some templates?and i came up to this idea: is it maybe possible to create t-shirt jersey by using PES or FIFA jersey template?

You cant do it team specific only on single players
You can always remove them by renaming them
