ODEN DURANT HORFORD --- all rookie portraits missing :| HELP

when i first installed the game, the portraits were there. but i installed some patches and the game crashed so i reinstalled the game again without the pathces. and boom! all the rookie portraits are gone. please help me, i dont know what to do.

If you've installed an update such as the NLSC roster, it's likely you've also installed rookie portrait patches as well. The unedited game is missing a whole lot of portraits, if you want them back you'll need to restore the patch you installed previously. As I mentioned the NLSC update includes portrait updates so even if you do not wish to play with the rosters you can still utilise the art updates.
