too much TO's and points... help!

I have been simulating my dynasty and everytime I simulate Kobe gets ATLEAST 50 pts and ATLEAST 8 turnovers... I have tried putting the Simengine of yesky but still there are no changes. I also tried lowering down the primacy of Kobe to lessen his shots but still nothing happens. Bynum is not shooting much too as well as Webber( I got him in my team) and Odom.

Beyond the attempts at editing the simulation engine and lowering Primacy, there's not a lot we can do as the simulated stats are pretty awful this year in terms of realism (or rather, the lack thereof). You could try reducing the sim quarter length if you don't mind inaccuracies with the minutes per game averages.
