It's driving me crazy!!

I've been playing Heat dynasty for months.
I put some patches into sgsm.
and it crashes during the game with Suns
I thought it's because the patches, but I removed the game (including "EA SPORTS")then reinstalled it.
once again it crashes in the middle of 1Q.
My forceware is v.169.25 the latest one I update yesterday.(but obviously it's not working fine)
Somebody help me pls!!

Is the game downloaded? Or did you bought the game?

The only thing I want to say is that I have been playing for 3 months, and it works just fine!!
