roster updates and other things if not playing online

I play mine on playstation 2 but i don't have the equipment to play it online. I was wondering can i still update rosters on my game? And if so how?

The PC roster updates can't be used with the PS2. I don't think EA are releasing any official roster updates for the PS2 this year. I've heard they released updates for the PS2 version in years past but I can't verify that as I never went online with my PS2.
