Big Men Substitution Problem

I'm not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but cpu is constantly subbing their PF and C in and out. It doesn't matter who the players are, the cpu will take out their starting PF and C out with the first whistle of the game, and these two positions will constantly change players. They'll even use all their timeouts to get this done. Anybody know why this is and how it can be fixed?

it is a known problem, EA needs to release an official patch for this game its way to buggy
