New Roster Patch

Im going to attempt to make a Roster patch.......can anyone tell me suggestions.....like

which players,and teams i should look at for improvement...and any other suggestions????

Man you need improvement K-Mart, in real game he dunk like a crazy but in the nba live no.Fix that.I wish you luck with rosters.
