I basically have the leauges youngest team and i have more than 20 million dollars, and we're under the cap. Now my question is, how much training does it take to make a player's overall go up, i'm having a really hard time trying to raises my youngest players overalls like jordan farmer and ronny brewer and rondo. It was much easier in live 07. And my second question is, how do you guys train your players.

Basically, you'll need to see some significant improvements across the individual ratings to get any kind of significant improvement to a player's overall rating. It's easier to achieve if you get a couple of assistants and focus on training one or two players; the most improvement is usually seen when players develop in between seasons.

yo there!
i just have a slight problem here... i'm not sure if it's a problem but when i start the dynasty mode with fantasy roster, the rating of J. McRoberts is 76... then when you start the season... it becomes 89! 76 to 89! wow... i checked if it was made from the training by my assistant coaches but it's not... he's only improved once(blocking ablity and defensive awareness).... just wondering if anyone experiences this jump of rating...

When i do a fantasy draft yes he starts out at 76 but then when the season starts he's 89 but, when i do a trailblazer dynasty with the real team he's always 89.
