Can we make time out not bring stamina back to full?

Does anyone know who we can modify this game so that calling time out doens't bring stamina back so much up. This cuase cpu to never sub out star players.

It's an interesting thought, but I doubt it.

I'm sure there is a way to do it..just have to figure how..it's probably something very simple..

I am having the same problem too. I don't think there is a way to fix it except via patch.
