Player Editing problem(arm bands missing)

Why can't you put on sleeves like the one Allen Iverson is wearing when you're editing players' gear?

Is it a bug or it's just with my game?
It's pretty frustrating because I can't put on sleeves on Carmelo Anthony and Leandro Barbosa...

I hope you can help me with this one...

It's not a teamgear.dbf file. It is a file that brings back the option in the edit player screen for missing bicep accessories. The thread where he released it is in the 08 announcements section. You can pm him, his username is "Glen" without quotes.
