custom video -> nba live issues

has anybody ever been able to solve this problem:
whenever the imported video's playback is finished, the game freezes and computer freezes, you are unable to end-task the game. i tried various lengths (0:58 min, 1:56 min, standard EA's is 1:00 min), and got nothing but crashes. i use VP6 converter by Siberian GRemlin, because i was unable to download mj_realm's tool. any help is appreciated.
