Problem with player ratings

I have a problem. All players who were include in nba live 07 still have the same ratings as in nba live 07. For example: Kobe bryant is still rated 97 and LeBron James is still rated 97(isn't he supposed to be rated 96) other example: tony parker is still rated 81. Does anyone else have this problem or can anyone send me his player database or something like that?
