Co-op online

Has anyone ever tried modding to get co-op online?

It has been done in Madden 07 so I was wondering if anyone tried to do it for NBA Live.

Maybe try using files from a console version of the game? NBA Live 07 on the xbox 360 apparently had 4v4 co-op. I don't know about any other console versions.
