Patching to fix dynasty

Is it possible to patch dynasty so that salaries are shown and the computer simulations are much more realistic?
Because right now I am still using the 07 dynasty as a result of the problems with 08 dynasties.

The announcements 08 forum has the fix for displaying salaries.

There's a decent fix for simulation in the general 08 folder.
