Unable to Install

Just got Live 08 today, the DVD starts making weird chugging read sounds at four bars in while "coping new files"...anyone have this issue?
Do you think I might have just got a bad DVD with a fault?

does the actual DVD-DRIVE or the DVD-CD make the chugging sound?
Try another DVD-CD (install another game) if it makes a sound its the drive, if not, then try another DVD-CD and if that doesnt make any sounds, it must be ur DVD-CD.

Try another DVD-CD (install another game) if it makes a sound its the drive, if not, then try another DVD-CD and if that doesnt make any sounds, it must be ur DVD-CD.

It's the DVD-CD, I have no such issue with all my other games. Plus I have two DVD drives in my computer and they both act the same when the install get to the same exact point.

I think I will take it back to JB's tomorrow, probably just a faulty copy.
