CHAT BUTTON FOR ONLINE GAMING

The chat button appears once at the select jersey window
then to access it during online game pause seem u must go in espn stats or something...
can a patch be made to make it appear like in 07 = in main pause window...
and would be great to make it appear at team selection
if somebody got a idea on how to do this thx in advance

Press esc and it will appear!!!!!
