live 08 euro jerseys

in my copy of live 08 for PC, the teams tht played against the euro teams let you have the option of choosing the euro jerseys, but u cant preview them, see them, or play a game with them because the game will crash. i think the actual jerseys are missing. if anyone could upload a patch for the euro jerseys it would be greatly appreciated. or if thers a quick fix
