How to do fss moves ?

Hmm I just can't figure out how to do the fss moves and I see like a golden star and a silver star on like the superstars but I don't know how to activate the superstar, and why don't I see the diffrent supstar type?
like shooter,playmaker,highflyer etc, etc.
